Given the current environment, Brooks Brothers is temporarily extending our returns and exchange period.
We will gladly accept a return/exchange of saleable merchandise in original condition within 60 days of purchase date, accompanied by an original receipt.
All terms and conditions will remain the same.

Return & Exchanges Policy
Brooks Brothers wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return/exchange of saleable merchandise in original condition within 60 days of purchase date, accompanied by an original receipt. All returns, of full priced merchandise, accompanied by original receipt will be credited to your original form of payment.
The following may not be returned: monogrammed or altered merchandise; Special Order and Made to Measure clothing and Sample Sale items.
Please choose carefully as sale Items are non-refundable and will be credited in the form of a store credit/ exchange for the value paid, within 60 days of purchase, made in store only.
Refunds will be issued in the form of original tender. The refund will be processed upon inspection by Brooks Brothers Australia, the amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, excluding shipping charges.
We are unable to process exchanges with online purchases. If you would like a new item, size or colour, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online at BrooksBrothers.com.au
Items may be returned in person at a Brooks Brothers store in Australia within 60 days of delivery (excluding Outlet stores and David Jones stores). Please use the Store Locator or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to find your nearest store.
Alternatively, items purchased online can be returned via registered post, please contact email@example.com to receive your prepaid eparcel returns ticket.

Factory Store Purchases
Please note all items purchased from an outlet store cannot be returned at a David Jones or Brooks Brothers Australia Retail Store.

Leather is a natural product. Damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accidents, treatment which is inconsistent with Brooks Brothers Australia care instructions, dismantling or repair by persons other than recommended repair centres are not covered under the terms of the warranty.
On our website we endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on our website. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings.
