Delivery Methods

Australia Delivery

Standard Delivery

  •  DHL will deliver merchandise available for immediate shipment in 3-7 business days for a standard shipping charge of $14.95
  •  DHL deliver during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. DHL require a signature on delivery, we ask that you nominate a residential or business address where signature may be provided on delivery
  • Split Shipment - To ensure the best fulfilment of your order it may be split across multiple shipments. This means that you may receive multiple shipments and a corresponding invoice for each delivery. Please note you have only been charged one shipping fee for your total order.

New Zealand Delivery

Shipment to New Zealand is currently suspended until further notice. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

  •  Important: The international delivery cost does not include taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Please see Customs and Import Duty Charges for further information.

Customs and Import Duty Charges

  •  Please note that customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination (delivery) country.
  • These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
  • As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country we have no control over these charges, and cannot confirm what the cost would be.
  • We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid any unforeseen charges.
  • As per Australian export regulations, Brooks Brothers Australia is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are prohibited by law to identify an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
  • For orders being delivered within Australia that exceed the duty free threshold;
  •  The purchaser agrees for Brooks Brothers Australia and/or its agent to clear the goods through customs on their behalf. - Brooks Brothers Australia will cover any customs duty and tax charges

Tracking Information

  • Online orders will have a tracking number upon despatch. Please contact Customer Service, quoting your web order confirmation number once you receive your Tax Invoice and they may provide your tracking number.
  •  If your parcel cannot be delivered DHL will leave a calling card for you to reschedule delivery at your convenience. Should your parcel not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact our customer service team.
  •  If you enter an incorrect address (inclusive of PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses) during checkout Brooks Brothers Australia is not liable for any delay or if the merchandise does not arrive to you. Where an incorrect address is entered parcels are usually returned to sender. We will make every effort upon the parcel being returned to us to re-label and re-dispatch however Brooks Brothers Australia cannot be accountable for any delays which are incurred during the transit/delivery period.
